Fixed price contracts can provide budget certainty, but at the expense of significant pre-planning and decision-making ahead of time.  Cost-plus-fee contracts provide a little less certainty as to the final total construction costs, however there is significantly more freedom during the construction process to make and change choices and decisions..  We offer clear, fair, transparent solutions that work for everyone involved.  From project initiation through to final closeout, we provide clear and thorough estimating, scheduling, and accounting services.
